Q: Is my privacy safe with YoHOST?

A: Yes. We ensure your 100% confidentiality. We do not request any personal information from our customers, neither shall we disclose your payment account to a third party under any circumstances.

Q: What web content can I host at YoHOST?

A: You are free to host any sort of web content as long as it is in compliance with our Terms of Use.

Q: Where are your servers located?

A: We have server platforms in 3 locations: Netherlands, Switzerland and Malaysia.

Q: Are you a U.S. company?

A: No! Our company is registered in Panama, and we have offices worldwide outside the U.S.

Q: How good is YoHOST.ORG connection speed?

A:

1) We have multiple 10Gbps connections in the Netherlands Datacenter. Servers are supplied with 100 Mbit network ports by default. 1Gb is also possible. This is a premium high-speed network with outstanding connection to every part of the world. If your business relies on speed a lot, this is the best option.

2) In Malaysia, we have servers with 100 Mbit connections, the real connection speed there is not less than 10Mbit. This is a reliable and stable network, but it's not high-speed.

3) In Switzerland we have the same quality network as in the Netherlands + DDOS protection. If you want to order server in this location, please, contact us first at [email protected]

Q: Do you handle domain registration?

A: We do offer private domain registration. Your domain WHOIS will be protected with 2-layer privacy protection.

Q: Can you help me transfer my domain to your private zone?

A: Sure. Just place an order for domain transfer here and we will arrange everything. The domain transfer process can take up to 7 days.

Q: Will you help me transfer my site(s) from my present hosting company?

A: If you have cPanel on your current hosting our support team can transfer your sites to the new server at a modest fee of $50. If you do not have cPanel please, contact our sales team at [email protected], and they will estimate the transfer costs.

Q: What is YoHOST's DNS information?

A: The DNS information will be sent to you in the web activation e-mail shortly after you have signed up for one of our plans. This e-mail will provide all detailed information on your account.

Q: How good is your service and technical support?

A: Emergency support is available 24/7. SLA average response time is 12 minutes. Average resolution time is 30 minutes.

Q: How is billing handled?

A: All payments are handled automatically via Bitcoin, Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.

Q: Will I need to provide my full address if I order anonymous SSL?

A: This is optional. We will check with you whether you would like to register your new SSL to your own physical/virtual address or to our virtual address.

Q: How long does it usually take to setup new SSL?

A: 1-12 hours.

Q: Will I need to fax or mail any documentation for SSL?

A: No.
